Hello again! As I mentioned, my name is Lupe Lopez and I am a born/raised Dallas Texan. My love for this city is pretty big, Texas-sized if you will haha. Anyway, I attended schools in the East Dallas area that included Mt. Auburn Elementary, J.L Long Middle School, and Woodrow Wilson HS. I love sharing that I attended DISD because of its diverse demographic, humble atmosphere, and competitive nature.

Once I graduated HS in 2010, the choice to UNT was pretty clear to me. It reminded me of my home city (even though it's less than an hr away). I originally attended UNT for general business, but over time I realized I wanted to specialize in something that involved media a little more so marketing it was! I studied Marketing for the remaining 2 years of college. May 2014 was one of the most difficult years of my life. This was the year my mother fell ill and lost her battle with endometrial cancer. Due to certain circumstances, I was unable to finish my time at UNT.

Losing my mother taught me multiple valuable lessons, but the biggest one was to cherish every moment. This is where my love for video grew exponentially. I wanted to capture every moment I could. Eventually, I learned to balance capturing a moment while enjoying/living in the moment. With video, I have found a creative outlet that allows me to capture moments and tell a story that will live on and move others to cherish their moments. This brings us to today, now I spend my days focusing on my health, constantly improving my work, and applying my passions daily.
